Engineering Design

Engineering is at the core of AR-tech’s operations. We deliver high performance, cost-effective technical services to our customers worldwide.

BASIC DESIGN
includes definition of overall system configuration through layout of schematics and diagrams.

DETAILED DESIGN
is the phase where the design is refined and plans, specifications and estimates are created. Detailed design will include outputs such as 2D and 3D models, P & ID's, cost build up estimates, procurement plans etc. This phase is where the full cost of the project is identified.

WORKSHOP DRAWINGS
Drawing elaborated in such way that manufacturer is able to produce and assemble the machine or steel structure. The drawings are completed with all necessary information about welding, machinering and anticorrosive instructions. The bill of material is also attached.

DOCUMENTATION PREPARED FOR OTHER INVOLVED SPECIALISTS – civil, architecture, electrics and instrumentation

DOCUMENTATION FOR LICENSING (location and bulding permit, environment protection)

SUPERVISING SERVICE OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION ELABORATION

START-UP SUPERVISION - manufacturer’s consultancy, erection supervision, technical inspection, working licence

Support for new investment projects

Our company is capable to support clients in the process for new investment development. We are responsible for all activities necessary to perform Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) including all ties in points; handling equipment design, utility services design, electrical and instrumentation design, digital control systems design and fire and gas safety infrastructure design.

The complete set of documents for ITT (Invitation to Tender) shall be delivered to the client, required for EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) step of the investment process.

To follow client’s Health, Safety and Environmental Policy (HSE) we pay attention to wide scope of facts that might influence to the design. To take in consideration possible risks and influental factors for very specific project additional studies might be required:
● Loss Prevention Study
● Cause / Effect Diagrams
● Risk Analysis
● HAZOP Study and HAZOP Report (Hazard nad Operability Study)

And finally EPC Package shall be completed with
1.    EPC SOW – Engineering, Procurement and Construction scope of works
2.    EPC project cost estimation
3.    EPC project schedule
